Kence Anderson
Kence Anderson is the CEO and Founder of AMESA, where he leads the development of a no-code AI Agent Builder powered by his Machine Teaching Methodology — a framework for teaching AI agents the way humans learn, through goals, scenarios, and strategies. His work empowers engineers to capture expertise, preserve legacy knowledge, and build intelligent agents that outperform traditional automation.
With a background in mechanical engineering and a passion for teaching, Kence is the author of Designing Autonomous AI and Intelligent Autonomous Agents: The Missing Ingredient in the Autonomous Enterprise, and has developed courses for the University of Washington and the Association for Advancing Automation.
Before founding AMESA, he served as Microsoft’s Director of Autonomous AI Adoption and lead engineer for Bonsai, where he helped deploy more than 200 autonomous AI systems with enterprises including PepsiCo, Shell, Bayer, and Delta Airlines.
